Terms, Privacy and Cancellation
Everything below is written plainly on purpose. If a piece is not right, or something is unclear, write to me — most things are solved faster in a message than in a clause.

Who may buy
Purchases on this site may be made by anyone 18 years of age or older, holding a valid payment card in their own name. Placing an order confirms that this is the case.
Privacy — what happens to your details
To send you a piece I need your name, email, phone and address. That is the whole reason those fields exist, and it is the only thing they are used for: making your order, sending it, issuing your receipt, and writing to you about it.
Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone beyond what your own order requires — the payment provider that processes your card, the invoicing system that issues your receipt, and the courier that carries the parcel.
Your card details never reach this site. Payment happens on a secure page belonging to the payment provider; Andhera never sees, stores or transmits your card number. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You may ask at any time what is held about you, and to correct or delete it where the law allows.
Made to order — what that means for delivery
Every piece is forged by hand after you order it. Nothing sits in a drawer waiting.
- Making time: 3–4 weeks from the day the order is placed. If a piece will take longer than that, I write to you before I begin.
- Shipping within Israel: ₪35, tracked, and free on orders over ₪600. It is dispatched once the piece is finished, and the tracking link reaches you the day it leaves the studio.
- Outside Israel: orders are placed as a request, and nothing is charged. I write to you with the shipping cost, and any customs or import duty your country may add, so you see the full price before you decide. Import duties are set by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility — which is exactly why you are told about them before you pay rather than after.
The courier's own timing is outside my control. Delays caused by the postal service, by customs, by strikes, or by an address that cannot be reached are not something Andhera can be held responsible for — though I will always help you chase a parcel.
Cancelling an order, and returns
You may cancel within 48 hours of ordering, for a full refund, simply by writing to me. At that point the metal has not been cut and nothing is lost.
After that, because each piece is made specifically for you and to your size, a finished piece is final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. This is the ordinary rule for goods made to a customer's own specification.
That limit does not apply when something is wrong with the piece itself:
- If it arrives damaged, faulty, or not what was ordered — write to me within 14 days of receiving it and I will repair it, remake it, or refund it. The choice is yours.
- A returned piece should come back in its packaging, complete and unworn.
- Refunds are returned to the card the order was paid with.
To cancel or return, call or message 054-750-8066, or write to @andhera.lab, with your name and order details. Nothing more formal is needed. Your rights under Israeli consumer protection law stand alongside everything written here and are not reduced by it.
Product warranty and liability
Andhera is responsible for a piece being what it is described to be: solid 925 sterling silver, made by hand, in the size ordered. Silver is a living material — it darkens with wear and with air, and the finish on a hand-forged piece will never be identical to a photograph of another one. That is the nature of the work, not a fault in it.
Andhera is not responsible for damage caused by wear beyond a piece's intended use, by impact, by chemicals, cosmetics or chlorine, by resizing or repair carried out by someone else, or for allergic reactions to sterling silver. Care guidance sits on every product page, and following it is the best protection a piece has.
Limit of liability. Andhera's warranty on a piece is the one set out under Cancelling an order, and returns — repair, remake or refund — and its total liability for any piece never exceeds the price paid for it. Andhera, and anyone acting on its behalf, is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from wearing or using a piece bought on this site, except where Israeli law does not allow that liability to be limited.
Prices, images and the site itself
Prices are in Israeli shekels (₪), and that is the currency you are charged in. Any other currency shown on a product page is an approximate conversion offered as a courtesy — it is not the amount that will appear on your statement.
Photographs are of real pieces, but screens differ and silver is difficult to photograph honestly. Small variations in tone and finish between the image and the piece in your hand are expected.
All photographs, text, designs and the pieces themselves are the original work of Andhera and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without written permission.
If something goes wrong
Write to me. One person makes these and the same person answers the messages. Most things are settled within a day. These terms are governed by Israeli law.
